I am a compassionate, patient, I am Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with experience working one-on-one with children with autism. My job has taught me how to build trusting relationships, support children's individual needs, encourage positive behaviors, and create a safe, fun, and structured environment. I truly enjoy helping children learn, grow, and reach their full potential. I am CPR certified, reliable, and understand the importance of clear communication with families. Whether we're doing crafts, playing outside, helping with homework, or following daily routines, I strive to make every child feel supported, cared for, and valued.
