About Madeline

I recently graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Family and Child Studies with a concentration in Human Development and Family Relations. Working with children is not a side job for me- it is the work I have intentionally dedicated my life to! I prioritize creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can grow emotionally and developmentally. My experience as a Behavioral Technician working with children on the autistic spectrum has strengthened my patience, empathy, and ability to meet children where they are. I support children through emotions with calm presence and age-appropriate tools. I believe in balancing structure and play and being a fully present caregiver. I do not rely on screens or my phone while working. I also believe parents are the experts on their children, and collaboration and communication are key. Looking forward to connecting!
