About Adriana

Hi! I'm Adriana-a professional care provider & developmental support specialist with over nine years of experience supporting children and adults of all ages and abilities. I'm a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the BACB and balance a caseload ranging from toddlers to adults. My approach is rooted in empathy, respect, & a commitment to honoring individuality- always centering autonomy, dignity, & strengths. While professional training gave me a strong foundation, I believe experience is the best teacher. Growing up with my brother who has autism taught me early on the value of patience, flexibility, advocacy, and meaningful connection. I combine that personal foundation with my eduction, training and hands-on experience to create care that is structured when needed, natural and engaging, and always respectful. I offer attentive, individualized support to create a safe, affirming space where individuals and families feel seen, supported, and free to be themselves!
