Monica worked with our family for a few weeks while we were transitioning. She is very easy to work with, she was responsive to messages, prompt and efficient. Monica was excellent working with our 4 year old while he warmed up. She is obviously very caring and connected well with the children. We hired her to do some housework on top of childcare and she had great intuition to see what had to be done and quickly picked up on where things belonged and kept the kitchen and laundry running smoothly. I would highly recommend her for childcare, housekeeping, or senior care.
