Hi families I'm a nanny with more than 7 years of experience and I have worked with different ages (3 months old to 17 years old ). About me: I'm bilingual (Spanish- English) I was a high school teacher. I volunteered in Costa Rica. I'm energetic person, I practice yoga, rock climbing and snowboarding. When I'm with the kids I love to dance, sing, build forts, make craft projects, go to parks and places where they can develop their motor and social skills. I have experience with sleep and potty training, food starters as well. I consider myself responsible, patient, fun, mature, friendly and open-minded. I really enjoy spending my time with children, teaching them new things and also learning a lot from them. More than a babysitter I want to be like a good mentor to your kiddos and a member of your family! -I do not smoke. -I am Pet friendly (I have two kittens). -I am up to date on my immunizations. Abril was our live-in caregiver for nearly two years, from fall 2018 through summer 2020. Abril took care of our two kids, then ages 1 and 4 (later 3 and 6). Abril provided before and after school care, including driving them to school and after school activities, providing meals, setting up playdates, and having fun with the kids at home. Abril lived in our home so we got to know each other very well and I can emphatically recommend Abril. She is an incredible person and caregiver. She is mature, responsible, capable, has a high EQ and is a good communicator. She's well experienced and gifted in her creativity and authentic ways of engaging with the kids.
