I hate writing bad reviews. Interviewed Yereny, invited her home, called her references, paid for her background check & committed an agreed start date. I told her that we will continue with full time if my 15m daughter gets along well with her after a week of her tenure. We were excited about it & rejected all other applicants since we thought we don't need to look further. 2 business days before her start date, she called that she found another position. Reason: she didn't like the uncertainty about my daughter not getting along with her (well, all parents care about it, I just called it out). If she didn't like the condition, she should have mentioned it upfront. Some of her references also called out that they would consider her for a short term position, but would rethink if they were to hire her for a long time. Long story short, if you are looking for someone who is serious, dependable, matured, reliable and loves kiddos genuinely, look elsewhere. Hope this helps!
