Usually we start our day with 10 a.m. meds and breakfast which she can prepare herself however she may need some supervision. She needs a lot of encouragement to get up and out of bed. Then maybe she'd like activities to do like painting or playing cards or going for a walk outside around the block. She doesn't usually like to eat a lunch so a snack would be ok. And by 3:15-3:30 p.m. one of her daughters gets home and will be able to help her finish up her day. About the care needs: Patience, good with encouragement and a positive attitude. The job would entail mom stuff before my kids return from school - laundry, could be errands, help getting dinner started, tidying up (no heavy cleaning-I have cleaners that come regularly); and then some child care and/or driving as they get home from school and go to activities. Transportation and a clean driving record are a must. Above all I am looking for a good and honest person, who is kind and caring; someone who wants to work with us and that we enjoy having around as well; ideally someone in their twenties or early thirties who relates well and likes kids.
