About who needs care: history of high blood pressure that's well controlled, generally
onset of dementia, unparticular diagnosis. Sometimes serious short-term memory issues, but generally decent cognitively.
Former music professor, loves to play piano. Loves gardening and being at home. Have an extensive sewing room, where she rarely works, but probably would again if she had someone interested in same. She's a lovely woman!
Both of her children and her husband have passed. Has mostly lived alone for last 10 years, but her brother and other family live within a couple miles.
About the care needs: I think it's difficult to say who'd be the best fit. She's very open minded, and historically has gotten along with everyone. She's extremely progressive for a woman born at the start of the depression!
If you're musically inclined, there's two baby grand pianos in her living room. She loves to garden, that's probably her most favorite hobby these days. She has very nice raised beds in her backyard.
Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
