We are looking to add additional care for my 79-year-old father in Leesburg. He is living with Parkinson's and lives with my mom but the addition of care will help her have time to get out of the house and be independent. He enjoys chatting and doing small projects around the house. We are looking for 2-3 afternoons 11:30am-2:30 p.m. during the week and in the mornings 8am-noon on the weekends. Assistance with medication is needed. Some light tidying up is involved. We're looking for some help preparing meals. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. Part of your responsibilities could include running errands. If helping on the weekends, one of your responsibilities will be helping with bathing. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained.
