Looking for a recurring babysitter when needed for our 2-month-old and 2. 5-year-old girls. They normally go to daycare during the week, but looking for a flexible sitter for when they are home sick and for the occasional date night/errand trip.

I'm looking for a one or two day a week nanny for our almost 9-month-old baby girl, hours to be discussed but we are flexible on both timing and days of the week! I work from home and my husband is a stay-at-home dad who is finding that he needs some help watching baby to be able to keep up with the housework and running errands. We have two cats who are very friendly, so must not be allergic to cats. Baby girl loves eating, playing, talking and learning. She isn't walking or crawling yet, and we do not ever leave her alone to just cry - so want to make sure we're pairing with someone that can give her all of the attention she needs (including feeding, park trips when not too cold, etc.). Maybe also need light "baby housework" help - meaning baby laundry (no cloth diapers, thankfully!) and baby dishes after feedings.
