I need part time help with two small businesses in the West End of Richmond. One task is just running general errands dealing with Real Estate properties that are being renovated, as well as rental properties. In addition, I am starting a small wedding venue, and need some help with Marketing and showing the venue to prospective brides. My ideal assistant has flexible, open hours during the weekdays, mostly before 5:00 pm, and has her own transportation. NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - only a happy and cheerful disposition

I am currently fostering 3 children, ages 14, 12, and 7. Looking for someone who can periodically stay with the children when I need to run errands, have a work event, etc.

About the care needs: It would be amazing if they spoke Vietnamese because her Vietnamese is better than her English. We are looking for a great babysitter for our children. We are a military family and have lived in the area just over a year. We love being together, hiking, reading, and serving God by loving and serving people. We are fun and usually up for any activity. We home school our kids and try to raise them to be respectful, loving children. We prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping, errands and grocery shopping. We would prefer a babysitter who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is willing to drive children, who is comfortable with pets and who is CPR certified. ALSO, our schedule is very very flexible. It may be one half day a week or 2 full days or sometimes less, sometimes more. We just need someone who is flexible with hours and does not spend a lot of time on electronic devices with kids.
