Our children are 1 and 5. Our 1-year-old does have a milk allergy so we would prefer someone that is experienced with allergies. Also, we prefer someone who is certified in CPR/first aid. We need care well into next spring so we are looking for someone who is local (no one who attends collage out of town). No high school students as well, as the person will come during school hours.
