As my husband and I are working towards building our personal businesses we want someone that can help with the following key tasks: help drive kids to dance/Taekwondo (all in Avon), errands (grocery, dry cleaning, others), key de-cluttering projects, dog walking, perhaps some meal prep, etc. Looking for a self-driven and proactive assistant in finding ways to best efficiently help. Seeking live-in home care near Avon for my mother in her 90s. Medication management is required. Some light tidying up is involved. Assistance with bathing is one of our requirements. Someone compassionate and patient. We have two toddlers with ASD and non verbal that both go to school. Also hoping someone can plan some fun activities randomly to take him to while I stay home to rest. Also looking for someone to randomly help with small chores around the house like laundry, dishes, and just tidying up after the kids. Occasionally may ask for help with running errands too . Someone fun and energetic, compassionate and patient. Someone who is comfortable planning activities on your own and having the kids out with me and also by yourself at times. Someone who is able to understand the habits and signs from a nonverbal child and able to figure out what they may need even when they're getting overly stressed or stimulated. We have enough parking at our house for our cars plus one-2 more spaces . No public transit by me that I'm aware of We have one Siamese mix cat named Queso she will be temporarily out of the house though and will return after I give birth hopefully . (I've developed allergies to her during pregnancy) she's super calm and lazy and loves to just lay with the kids

We are looking for a great nanny for 3 children in Avon. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping and homework help. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who likes to cook, who does not smoke and who is comfortable with pets. The duties would include picking up one child from school in the afternoon and receiving the other two off the bus. Provide after school snacks and prepping dinner. During the day duties would include housecleaning and running errands while the children are in school. Children are 5, 15 &16. The 15 and 16-year-old have disabilities.
