We had a similar situation when our son was born in 2019, and it worked really well until our kid went to daycare, when we ended the position. This position will differ in that the nanny would do some of the pickup/dropoffs to daycare and elementary, and potentially bring kids to after-school activities. Id also expect some light housecleaning, like washing dishes, folding laundry, wiping crumbs off the table. We have a robot vacuum that makes a sweep every day, and I have a cleaner that comes once every two weeks. I have extra carseats I could install in your car.
