We're expect out little one in April of 2020 and when returning to work as a night nurse with an ever changing schedule punctuality is important. My husband works days and is occasionally out of town for work. The schedule I'd need would look something like this: 1st shift of the week you'd be needed here by 12 p.m. so I can sleep before my shift and Justin is home by 6 p.m. If I don't work the next night I need you from 7 a.m. until 2 p.m. so I can sleep. If I do work that next night I'd need you from 7 a.m. until 6 p.m. If J will be out of town I'd need you over night until the following afternoon so I can sleep after my shift. It seems confusing typing it all out but once it's on a calendar it'll be crystal clear. Our ideal caregiver: I'd love a caregiver who is down to earth, honest and fun. Communication is very important to my husband and me. Additional needs include being comfortable with pets. Looking for a caregiver for my infant son. Flexible start date. My schedule may vary.
