Our youngest daughter will be 3 years old in February. She's currently non verbal (communicates by hand leading to what she wants, has 10-15 words in her vocabulary) and will be attending school for 3 hours in the morning. She's generally a very happy baby that is very independent, loves to play, and enjoys company. She is being potty trained and occasionally will take her afternoon nap at 2 p.m. We will need to discuss transportation to and from the elementary school and the possibility of our oldest (4 y. o. - potty trained, currently in private pre-k) being home as well. We're looking for reliability, someone that will care for the children, very light housekeeping (wiping counters, putting away toys), driving to and from the school (5 minutes away from the house) and doing fun activities with the girls.

I go back to work in early March and need care for my newborn on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays 9-4 p.m. Then during the summer months Monday-Friday 9-4 for both the baby and my 2-year-old.
