Both of my girls are on a schedule and will nap or have quiet time for 2-3 hours during the day. I am looking for someone to care for and love on them while we work. If you have your own kids, I welcome them as well. I am looking to offer $400-$500 a week but happy to discuss further.

I'm looking for a full-time "domestic assistant" (instead of an administrative assistant). As a single father with a thriving career and businesses, I need nanny support for my 5 y/o daughter (pick-ups, drop-offs, and care when she's out of school), as well as home-maker support while she's in school (light house cleaning, meal prep, grocery shopping, etc.). I have a spare bedroom in an upscale home in the Texas hill-country, so live-in is a good option, but not a requirement. And I travel a lot for business, so I'm looking for someone with a flexible schedule to come along for business trips whenever I can bring my daughter (separate hotel room and travel expenses paid by me). Looking for long-term support. My daughter has had several good babysitters in high-school/college, but has been disappointed when they don't last due to classes and work conflicts. So, with no plans to remarry, I'd like to provide her with stability on the care front.
