We are expecting our first child in March 2023 (tentatively). I am planning to take four months of maternity leave. After that time I will be returning to work and will need someone to watch our infant while I am at work. Most days my husband will get home from work before me, hours 6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. or 4 p.m. I typically don't get home from work until 5 p.m. I am looking for someone who is reliable mainly because if your late then I'm late to work. I would like someone who is CPRS, First Aid Certified. Someone who would be willing to perform some light cleaning while in my home, and someone who would help my child meet his/her developmental milestones.

About who needs care: She is strongest in the morning. She is too weak to shower and needs help with it. She can move around, but doesn't have the strength to accomplish much. About the care needs: Just someone patient and kind Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.

Hello. My husband and I are looking for a loving and caring nanny to look after our 4-month-old son as I return to work from maternity leave. This is a last minute booking as we are unexpectedly moving from Texas to Washington. I work as a registered nurse in Tacoma and I need someone who has a somewhat flexible schedule to work around nursing hours. For the first two weeks however I will have a set orientation schedule from 11-7:30 but I would need you to arrive at 10 a.m. so I would be able to get to work on time. It will then turn into 3 12 hour shifts after the first two weeks. My husband is going to school online so he will be working upstairs while the nanny is down stairs with the baby. We also have two dogs and a cat so the nanny needs to be comfortable around big animals but they are sweet and will give you all the cuddles you can handle. G is our 4-month-old and is probably the sweetest baby to be around. He has big smiles for anyone he meets and loves play time. I am hoping our nanny loves G as much as we do.
