We need a regular sitter for our 2 children (2 girls; 2-year-old + 7. 5-month-old) in Wheat Ridge. First date would be October 4 (from 5:30-9pm), recurring every other week (Oct. 4, 18, Nov. 1, 15, etc.) with some wiggle room for conflicts and holidays. About who needs care: I live alone and I have recently been confined to a power chair due to compression nerve pain in my lower back/right leg. I also have mild CP. However, my main issue is my lower back and I'm in the process of considering lower lumbar back surgery in early spring or sooner. I will need help on a regular basis when I come home from rehab to continue recovering from surgery. I am very self sufficient but occasionally need help with transportation to appointments and simple chores around my house. I would like to establish a working relationship prior to having surgery. I love to cook but in need of some assistance with this task. I have a very active friendly dog (wired hair fox terrier) named Odie that I also need some help with. I have a nice organized easy to maintain clean home but I'm not a clean freak. For the time being I would like to start out with a few days a week for a few hours and see what works for both of us. I am very flexible about the days and time of day that I can get assistance. I would prefer the person lives in Wheat Ridge or somewhere fairly close?
