He was recently diagnosed with vascular dementia and we want to make sure he doesn't try to elope anywhere. He's cooperative and easily redirected but we need that person to just keep an eye on him. About the care needs: The best fit is someone who can multitask in doing cleaning and watching him. They will be at the house on time and are consistent. They are fine with being quiet and to themselves. They are not super energetic - just are calm and caring. The pay is a flat cash $500/week for 40 hours (Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. - 4 PM) including housekeeping and watching him (just need to direct him - he can do everything else by himself).
