It is a single story , 4 Br, 3. 5 baths and 3500 sq ft. Most flooring is laminated. Tile entirely in the bathrooms. General cleaning required for 3 bathrooms, kitchen, including fridge, and nearly 2500 sq ft of flooring. We can supply Bona, granite and stainless cleaner for the flooring, kitchen counter tops and steel appliances. Light vacuum for area rugs. Typically 4 hours of work each time

Full Time Cleaner For A Boutique Wellness Retreat Looking for a part time permanent, long term housekeeper, to clean our small wellness retreat in Valley Center, Ca. This position is two full days a week - Saturdays and Sundays 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. . It is a permanent/long term position. Hotel/motel/resort experience strongly preferred. Looking for someone who has been trained/worked at a hospitality setting, and has experience with turn down service. This job will require doing laundry ( bed sheets, towels, spa robes) on a daily basis, cleaning of the common indoor and outdoor areas, small gym, and couple offices.

General cleaning of the house.

We are looking for a great babysitter for 3 children in Escondido. We would prefer someone who could make sure the kids do their assigned light housekeeping during the day, while helping with their schoolwork (if needed). We would prefer a babysitter who has their own car, who does not smoke and who is CPR certified. Our kids are homeschooled, but pretty independent. We need daily supervision.

Two positions needed, each position could be 20-40 hours each. The schedule posted is a rough estimate and there is absolutely room for growth and increased hours. I work part time from home and am looking for 2 positions. Nanny and House Manager. I prefer someone who could help out with light house duties, but care of kids comes first. Both positions require fingerprinting, TB test and CPR certified. Financial assistance available to acquire the above if needed. Experience with autism, ADHD, behaviors, or interested in training is preferred. Kiddos are very high functioning, participate in Competitive sports to include weekend games. Opportunities for weekend outings and accompanying family on travel are available. Compensation packages will reflect experience, education, and position responsibilities.

This is my elderly mother's home. I only want my mother's room and bathroom cleaned in addition to to living room, dining area and kitchen. I need her laundry done as well as her sheets changed once a month.
