We need a senior care provider with experience. Assistance with bathing, feeding, preparing meals, pyhsical therapy exercises, speech exercises (will trainprovider) and companionship. We have been caring for my mom since April 2, 2020 when she came home after 5 months in the hospital after multiple surgeries. She has recuperated quite well at home, but had a bad fall in may 2022 and is working on recovering the progress she lost. She needs assistance with all daily living needs: bathing, cleaning (changing diapers and proper cleaning), transferring, assistance with medication, meal prep, light housekeeping (laundry and dishes). She also suffers from Aphasia, and needs help working through her stroke workbook to regain her speech. Mom is an IHSS recipient. We will supplement IHSS earnings.

1200 Sq ft 3 bd/1. 5 bath (where there would be light cleaning in 2 bd and no cleaning in the 3rd) home, with a friendly lab who sheds her magical fibers of joy everywhere. 2 adults live here, no children. Because of the health conditions of one of the adults, we request that cleaners use our products and equipment. (Also request that cleaners are vaxed against COVID and able to mask while in the home.) General bathroom cleaning, general kitchen cleaning, dusting, and floors are the primary goals to get done. (Currently looking at monthly, but if it works better to go biweekly, that's certainly an option.) The chronically ill adult is essentially homebound so scheduling has some flexibility, but would love to get back into a regular routine.) Thanks!

Hi! I'm Adam, a paralyzed 32-year-old living in Vacaville. I am looking for help Wed/Thurs morns AND Fri/Sat/Sun nights. Working with me is the easiest!! The mornings are really chill; they include some light stretching, a brief shower, breakfast, and a bowel program. Then we just chill out and watch movies, online stream, etc a couple hours. Nights are even more relaxed! I just need to eat, a little laundry, and then I only need help like 2 min per hour; it's mainly just relaxing. Later, I need to be put in bed, also super easy, then caregivers can sleep too! Most of the time we just entertain ourselves. Pay varies by shift. $23/hr morning, $17/hr night. OT pay is available.
