I need a sitter to play with my baby girl at our home and take her to the park while I go into the office for a few hours.

We are looking for a wonderful person to work about 4-6 hours per day Mon-Fri: working half time as a nanny and about half time as our home manager/helper. Our amazing girls are 10 years old (in 5th grade) and 8 years old (in 3rd grade), our awesome boys are 4. 5 and 2. 5. Our boys are in full time day care and the girls are at Elementary. All kids will need occasional drop offs and pick ups. Gas stipend provided for all job related activities. We need help around the house with laundry, dishes, washing sheets, light sweeping/vacuuming, walking the dog, grocery shopping, dry cleaning pick up, post office, etc. When the kids have colds and can't attend school/daycare, our helper must provide full day child care.

Mom is 86 recently broke two bones in her back is recovering. She needs help w/ showers and to be reminded not bend over as an example). Dad is 88 is slow and has dementia-like behavior but undiagnosed. Very loved parents who need help with meals, driving to doctors very limited other outings (mom is in book club once a month). Change the sheets on their bed once a week and remake & do laundry. Make breakfast and lunch, and pre-make dinner before leaving. Understanding of the medications and reminders to take their meds. General oversite to make sure they are not doing things that could injure them (mom should not take out trash, lift bend or twist). Maybe a short walk outside once a day. Occasional outings to grocery store to get or for coffee on the lake to get them outdoors.

Not having a college degree isn't a deal breaker. Need someone who is comfortable following a schedule and keeping things structured. I need someone who can be "unplugged" and enjoys reading and doing activities as our children do not play with iPhones, iPads, etc. They know the rules but like all small children need someone who can give them the prompts necessary for follow through when mom and dad aren't around. Will generally need someone once a week on a weekday and 2-3 Saturdays a month as well as some other extra week days here and there.
