I am looking for a nanny to come care for my 20-month-old son in my home. We will need care all day Monday, and afternoons on Tuesdays, Wednesday and Thursdays. I am flexible on the timing, but need around 18-20 hours a week of care. In my perfect world, our nanny would be CPR-certified, have many years of childcare experience, and come with excellent references. Ideally, she would be loving, kind, direct and honest, and have a joyful, relaxed demeanor. Spanish speaking is a huge plus. I work from home, so ideally you will be comfortable going on walks with my kid, playing outdoors, and finding ways to keep him away from my work area. :)
