I'm looking to hire someone to help me clean my home one time to start then progress to once a month. This is actually my parents home and now that I am back on my feet again, I'm looking to use this as a gift to them. Living in the home is my parents working full time in the house, myself and my 3-year-old son. Please let me know if you have experience using Non Harsh Chemicals :) thank you

Every other Friday and Saturdays My Mom is 72. She has Dementia and late onset Alzheimer's. She lives with us and my children with special needs. Care would include. *wearing mask at all times *picking out her clothes and helping her get dressed *giving her medications. *showering her *prepare and give her meals *assuring she has clean sheets and blankets *keeping her room tidy *taking her for walks *talking with her *implementing some activities to keep her busy and entertained *possibly taking her to PT *possibly being with her either in pool or out as she swims on warm days *Be positive and patient *She appreciates humor and a happy attitude This will be paid by program which mean you must register with it (a state agency) and any additional wage over program minimum is paid by me. Program fingerprints and does background checks.

Teen With Down Syndrome Seeking caretaker for my 16-year-old with Down syndrome who is cognitively younger than 16. I'm looking for a great babysitter for 3 happy and loving children! I need help in mornings and afternoons with drop off and pick up from school. An ideal schedule (we are VERY FLEXIBLE) is Monday thru Friday 6am-9 a.m. and then in the afternoon, 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. We are a loving family and looking forward to adding a special person in our home. I need senior care provider with experience for one day. He's in rehab and learning how to walk again. Will need one meal warmed. He's in hospital bed and will need assistance with using the bathroom (urinal). Have 3 dogs in the house that will need dinner that will already be prepared. Just basically being at the house in case of issues and small things for him.

I have had pretty severe postpartum anxiety that I'm seeking help with via a therapist and psychiatrist online, but can not always coordinate with nap time. We recently moved and I need to unpack, but my son is crawling and climbing on everything. I still need to baby proof our home and just need some help so I can get some stuff done around the house or shower or make him food. I just need help. We don't have family near by and my fiancee works so I am alone with the baby most of the time. He can be very difficult to get to sleep and wakes up after 30 minutes unless we are doing a contact nap where he may sleep for up to 2 hours. Having someone else hold him while he sleeps would even be very helpful, but if he is awake I would like someone to play with him while keeping him safe.
