I work two full time jobs. My 2nd evening job requires me to be on the phone non stop; I am needing a tutor to help my 6th grader complete her homework and have someone available for when she has questions concerning her work and something to check over her assignments. I have a study room specifically for tutoring so that I won't be a distraction to the work environment. I am looking for a tutor that has patience, and the ability to make learning fun and interesting. Someone who is great at reviewing work and helping out when it's needed. I need someone who is going to be punctual, consistent and reliable. My daughter is in 6th grade. She has a small learning delay; She sometimes just need small reminders while doing independent work. She works well in smaller groups than in her full class setting. She loves to learn but gets discouraged when she doesn't understand the work. My daughter learns by repetition. When we go over things again and again she catches on quickly. Tutoring will happen in person. Parking is available in the driveway.

We are currently looking for part-time care (flex m-f) for our (almost) 7 month twin girls. I work from home and my husband is a firefighter, so the schedule would vary weekly. (although we have our schedules a month in advance) We are seeking someone to help with the girls while I am working in home for about 4 hours at a time and would include feeding, diaper changing as needed, monitoring play, reading, going for walks, putting down for naps. - we have two friendly dogs but they are primarily downstairs and the girls room is upstairs.

Looking for an evening and/or weekend sitter for daughter with special needs. Daughter is non-verbal and in wheelchair but a very easy child. Duties include supervision, hygiene, reading etc. Hours are flexible, for example early evenings or evenings on weekdays, or day time on weekends. For example 4:30 - 7 on Tuesday/Thursday, 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. Saturday - open to schedule that works for you. A weekday evening would look like the following - arrive at 4:30 to wait for daughter arriving home via school bus. Transfer daughter from wheelchair (lift available) to daybed - sometimes daughter will nap after long day, watch a Disney movie or play with toys. Requires current CPR/First Aid (will pay fees). Compensation $21 - both are W2 and direct deposit.

We are looking for a patient, loving and experienced baby caregiver for our son. Looking into going back to the office 2 days a week. We have a fun loving 9-month-old who is all over the place!! I originally had this job posted as a nanny position, and we will be needing day time help beginning later this year (Summer 2023). We are looking for a nanny for our active 3. 5-year-old girl F. Both of us work flexible hours and have to do some business travel, so we are trying to find a stable person in her life. F goes to school until about 4:30. Ideally her nanny would come to our home around 4, pack a snack and books, then pick her up at school. In the afternoons, she loves to play in the park or at the playground, do arts and crafts, swim in our pool in the summer, have books read to her, or play. She eats dinner at 5:30, and the nanny would get her bed ready by 7:00. About once per week we also would need an overnight that would continue on from the 7 p.m. shift. We have a private bedroom and bathroom that are well furnished. This would include getting F bed ready and then staying the night in case she wakes up. Our AM nanny comes at 5:45

Hello! We are looking for cleaning services for our home on Fridays every 2 weeks. We have a 4 bedroom 3 bath home, but only need the main bedroom cleaned each visit and all 3 bathrooms. We would like the main areas swept and mopped, the living room rug vacuumed, furniture in the living room dusted, and the kitchen counters/stainless appliances cleaned as well. On occasion, we may add in cleaning the ceiling fans and baseboards for an additional fee.

Looking for a Part Time Nanny for the newest addition to our family! We are looking for transitional help as we go from a family of 3 (myself, husband, 14-month-old boy) to bringing home a newborn in early February! The shifts would be 7am- 12:00 p.m. M, W, F, with just support with the new baby as we focus on getting our older son out the door to daycare. The fourth shift of the week would be noon to 5 p.m. either on Saturday or Sunday and this would be for both children. The position would start mid March and last through May or June until we secure a spot for the new baby at daycare. However, we would like to have continued reoccurring support for both children over the weekends and date nights after new baby enters daycare.

Our little baby lives up to her birthday being the day of love. She loves attention and loves to be held. She's not shy at all; she loves meeting new faces. She's more interested in what the grownups are doing rather than her baby toys, but she's learning to play independently. She's so smart and funny and we're so proud of her. Both her parents work the weekends though, so she needs that love and attention she craves from someone else to help them out!
