Its a two story condo, two patios with sliding glass doors / windows. We will supply all cleaning supplies / equipment. (Unless you have something equipment specific for the windows) We prefer supplies to be dedicated to an area I. e. not using something to clean the toilet and then our countertop lol it happens. I work from home so am pretty flexible, but am aiming for Fridays to have a nice clean home for the weekend. Initially only looking for cleaning for the bathroom, both patios and the windows.

We are looking for a great babysitter for 2 children. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping. We would prefer a babysitter who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets, who is CPR certified., can do meal prep, and put kids to bed.

MUST be fluent in Spanish, preference is Spanish is spoken as primary language to kids. Kids love doing art and crafts, music and dance. Lots of energy and looking for someone to keep up with them. Will need help with toddler meal prep. Light house cleaning around kids areas/toys and baby laundry. We have two small dogs, so must be comfortable around them.

Hello Perspective Sitters! We are a fun, happy, and grateful family with 3 kids... ages 9, 5, and 1. 5. 95% is care for our 9 and 1. 5 kids taking place on Mon and Tues between 1:30 p.m. to 5:30pm-ish. Flexibility would be amazing, however. My wife Simona leaves for work at 1:45 p.m. I pick up our 5yr old from Kindergarten at around 5:30 p.m. and come home. In between, care for our baby boy L and picking up big girl J from school (about a 5 minute walk) would be required. The position is pretty low impact as J will also help with L ! On very rare occasion, we'd ask for help on school holidays and the like, however, these are rare occurrences. All three are happy, healthy, creative, and fun. We'd love to find a great perfect fit to add to our little family!
