I need a 2nd male hands-on care provider for my husband a pleasant 85-year-old with mild dementia. Shift is as follows, every Wednesday 9am-6 p.m. at our lovely home in north Poway, Your main job is as follows but is not limited to cooking, feeding, some cleaning, laundry, and maintaining his appearance and hygiene. Assistance with medication is needed as prescription control, finding ways to keep him entertained and busy. Duties include transportation (doctor's appointments, errands, etc.). Light housekeeping and helping caregiver on shift. Hi! We are looking for the perfect nanny for our 3-month-old baby girl B. We both work from home and need an experienced nanny to manage keeping baby B. fed and comforted before and after naps throughout the day. It's important we have someone who is familiar with soothing infants. She's a good baby overall, but she is still a small baby. Note - we also have a 4 1/2-year-old girl (excited big sister) in pre-school who will not be home regularly during your shift, but occasionally may come home early if school is not in session. We live in Poway, we have a 20lb miniature golden doodle Macy, our home has central AC/Heat, we have a great safe neighborhood you can walk around with the stroller.

Our 2 kiddos are high energy and super smart. I wish I didn't have to work full time, but I do. It's hard on the kids having to stay in afterschool programs until dinner time. With the busy schedules, we get home at dinner time and have a struggle finding time to bond, play and relax. As for meal planning and tidying up? It totally gets away from us! We're looking for a warm, loving nanny, who can pick the kids up from school, provide a supportive space for them to unwind and play, prepare a healthy dinner, and do some light housekeeping to help keep our heads above water. I'm looking for a responsible and reliable driver to take my youngest to and from school. We would provide the car seat. My youngest may request snacks, story time, or playtime during the requested hours.

About who needs care: She uses a walker to get around and has difficulty getting to the bathroom and showering. Needs food prep, hygiene, shopping, help doing light exercises. Uses external catheter and needs changed daily. She is heavy set and likely we will be needing to use a hoyer lift to start getting her around.
