I'm a retired attorney, CPA, and college professor who is now writing novels.
On an on-going basis I need the services of a part-time executive assistant, once or twice a week. The best candidate is smart, honest, easy-going and can sometimes work on his/her own. The position requires computer and letter writing skills, as well as performing some general errands. Skill as a "healthy food" chef is a plus.
In the short run, I am trustee of a trust and need help sorting through a person's possessions on behalf of the trust beneficiaries. There is probably 20-30 hours associated with this task, then it will be over.
I'm not sure if this is two jobs or one. My ideal assistant has own transportation and a non-smoker. My schedule is pretty flexible. I live and work in Playa del Rey, but the trust work is in Westchester.
