I am looming for a consistent nanny for my 18-month-old daughter 20-25 hours a week for six weeks beginning October 1st, and then 5-10 hours a week thereafter. My schedule is flexible and it would mostly be watching her for 4-5 hours to allow me to time to study, grocery shop, and food prep. We have 4 cats and a 10-year-old dog between my roommate and myself; so, an animal lover is an absolute must.

I'm looking for someone that will stay at the house with dogs. One is a senior dog and wont need much exercise at all. The other two would like at least one walk a day

About who needs care: Sharp of mind-no dementia Has had two hip replacement surgeries, but is able to stand, sit and use walker. Needs someone to be near to prevent falls. Needs some assistance with clean-up toileting after BM. First thing in morning, will need assistance getting up out of bed, sponge bath, and dressing. Will need assistance bringing meals to her mobile cart next to lift chair. Needs some help doing physical therapy exercises including walking. Will need to have a shower on one of the days worked, usually Wednesday. Also needs assistance with meds and supplements that are already placed in a pill organizer. About the care needs: Gentle, attentive, and caring. Not loud or talkative, soft spoken is better. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.

We have 2 dogs - 14 yr old 50 pound golden/collie mix and a 7 yr old 20 pound King Charles cavalier bichon mix. We want a sitter to come stay at our home in a gated community and walk the dogs twice a day and feed and care for them while we are away. They do not do well around other dogs and do not like cats. The ideal sitter is someone who can care for an elder dog as she needs medicine and help sometimes walking down the stairs. And who is willing to stay and care for them and our home.

Mostly bathrooms and floors and dusting, we have hardwood floors and area rugs, we keep the kitchen clean so it would only be floors and a little dusting. Living room dusting, vacuum floors and we have a steamer lite polish on 2 items . Bedrooms vacuumed and dusting, we also steam all floors, last 2 bathrooms and all that goes in cleaning bathrooms. I have some supplies but if you want to use your own .
