About who needs care: Need a Spanish speaking female to help my mom during part of the day. She just got through radiation treatment in August 2023 for her breast cancer and it has made her weak to do her daily hygienic routine and is unable to walk much. She can go to the restroom herself, but bathing has become tiresome for her. She is unable to cook for herself as she cannot move her left arm (from treatment). She needs assistance getting from point A to point B around the house if she needs to move around, otherwise she is mainly laying down with her feet up due to swelling. She loves watching Spanish TV shows and news. Needs reminders to take her meds. She lives in front part of home and also lives with my 55 yr old brother who is deaf and mute, my 26 yr old niece with her 7-month-old baby, and 23 yr old my nephew. Everyone works mornings and graveyard schedules so impossible to always be there for their grandma/mother. About the care needs: Looking for a Spanish speaking female over the age of 25 who is kind hearted, sweet, smiles, is patient, no swearing, knows how to cook simple meals or can pick up food at restaurants, help remind patient to take meds, is organized, caring. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.

I am looking for a nanny to help take care of my 5-month-old daughter while I work from home. Ideally, it would be M-W (maybe Th?) for 5-6 hours and you would come to my house in National City.
