We need hands-on care to take care of my mother in Waxahachie. My mother only speaks Spanish and will need someone who speaks Spanish. Some light tidying up is involved. Some help needed with bathing. Responsibilities include feeding. Seeking someone to handle meal preparation. Looking for a caring and compassionate companion. Searching for a great house cleaner for bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, living room. House is only 1050 sq. ft.--small. There is no carpet to be vacuumed at this time, but area rugs might be placed in the future which will need vacuuming. Sweeping/ Swiffering is of greater importance since floors have no carpet. Dusting is the greater issue right now. In the beginning, some organization might be needed. I will be at home when cleaning is done; 2 dogs will be offsite in daycare. I need to discuss what's needed now, and the need will change over time when things get more organized. The house is in dire need now due to owner's illnesses and a flood that occurred in the house several years ago. Owner will be working with haulers to get rid of stuff. We are looking for someone permanent to watch our three kids full time starting July 10. The hours would be 8a-4p Mon-Fri and we'd like for someone to come to our house.
