We are a loving family of 6 who just welcomed our 4th child. We are looking for a new team member to join in the fun. Hours typically M-F, 7:45-4:15 p.m. , but can vary depending on our work schedule. Our ideal candidate is warm, positive, energetic, experienced, flexible, trustworthy, and has attention to safety. Our oldest 2 kids are in school and our 3 yo goes to preschool 3 mornings/wk. Days will include caring for 1-2 children, with afternoon pick-up of the older kids. Kids enjoy outdoor and educational activities. To maximize our own time with kids, we are looking for our nanny to serve as a household manager (dinner prep, light household work and helping with small household chores/errands). Los Altos family needs a part-time walker for 2 dogs. Must love animals! Our ideal match will be available daily around noon time for 45 minutes. My house is so disorganized (looks clean but drawers closets etc are not) especially closets, cabinets and laundry is my biggest need. I can't keep Up with baskets of clothes/shoes etc. I would love and appreciate somebody to help me organize the house, donate things we are not using to families that can and get clutter out. Somebody who can fold, do laundry and get through a busy families clutter and closets! I can't keep up. My husband speaks Spanish (not great but ok) so not an issue if English isn't your first language. We had issues in the past with many sentimental things being stolen so that was very sad and mutual kindness and honesty are most important. Maybe somebody who is a housekeeper for another family and need more hours etc. 3 days a week maybe 4 hours a day but flexible!
