I am a SAHM currently (registered nurse previously) and my husband works from home (90% of the time) in the oil and gas industry. We're looking for help whenever I have doctors appointments or errands I need to run where I cannot bring the boys with me. These would be random days and times but nothing passed 5 p.m. since my husband would then be off work. The position would really only entail watching and playing with the boys, which they love to do, and maybe giving them a snack I've set out for them. Hello! I'm looking to hire a caregiver to drive my 5 yo son to school everyday and to his swim lessons on Wednesday's. The hours are as follows: -Monday: start 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. -Tuesday: start 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. -Wednesday: start 9 a.m. to 2 pm-5:30 p.m. which includes taking him to swim class. -Thursday: start 8 a.m. to Noon -Friday: start 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. The drive to and from school is 50 minutes each way from our residence, meaning roughly 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon. The drive from our residence to swim class is roughly 20 minutes each way. My son has high functioning autism, ADHD and speech delay, so I'd prefer someone who has worked with kids with neurodevelopmental disabilities, but I'm open to someone who will be gentle with him. Also, the person needs to have there own reliable transportation.
