H is an energetic snuggle bug who loves dragons, dinosaurs, crocodiles, sharks, music, books, coloring, swimming, playing in the sand, play dough, and drawing with chalk in the driveway... Searching for PT housekeeping help for a chill couple and our 1400-sq-ft Sammamish apartment. We have physical and executive function difficulties that make managing a home by ourselves very challenging! 2 bathrooms, 1 real bedroom, 2 bedrooms used as work/storage spaces, and 2 cats with 3 litter boxes. Cats are well litter-trained, but there is the occasional throw-up to clean (you can use our SpotBot). Cleaning, tidying, dishes, scooping litter boxes, and laundry (especially putting it away) are all required! Meal prep, groceries, and taking out garbage/recycling are nice-to-have but optional. I'm looking for a babysitter for 2 children (T, 12 yo; M, 7 yo) to help my husband (Joe) while I am out of town on a clinical rotation. Joe has PTSD and doesn't sleep well at night, so he needs some sleep during the day. My son will be in school for most of the time, but my daughter has high-functioning autism and is currently staying home. She usually keeps herself busy, so you could read or watch TV, etc while Joe sleeps. We just need to make sure she doesn't burn the apartment down. :P We do have pets (2 small dogs, 1 cat).

We're super cool people, and so, naturally our kids are super-cool-people-in-progress. Are they there yet? Nope. Do they pleasantly walk themselves to bed at exactly 8:30 and lay in their beds without talking? Heck no. However, their wild animalistic nature can be tamed with caregivers who know what they're doing. Here's the deal. We have them for half the time and about once a month, will need to travel for work. This means they may need someone to watch them for a day or two out of the month. Family won't work (long story), and we want someone we believe will love them. Spoiler alert!... they're easy to love. Oh and two cats come as part of the package. We have automatic everything, so they don't really need any care since all their needs happen with futuristic machines. That said, they sometimes give pitiful cat eyes in exchange for pets. Works almost every time.
