We have an almost 4yr and a 2 1/2 yr old! Dad works 8 p.m. until 6 am, so this shift will be through the night. I am in the Navy and travel for work often. Our family includes 1 kitty!

Our son has generalized anxiety and separation anxiety so its important that the sitter is calm and knowledgeable/ education with tactics to help problem solve if needed. Hes polite, kind, and smart. He hesitates around strangers and is highly sensitive so its crucial to not be invasive or loud and to get a feel for his personality and let him guide the interaction. Once he gets to know someone he'll be your loyal companion. My daughter is almost 2 and she loves her big brother. She can get upset easily when she cant do something independently and she can change her mind a lot so its important the caregiver is really patient calm and sweet but also can offer choices to problem solve.

Our little one loves legos and soft stuffed animals. He schedule consists of 1 nap and lots of running at the park! He has tree nut allergy and loves to feed himself.

My son is only 8 months old. He's peaceful and playful. The caregiver will help with feedings, playtime and sometimes putting him down to sleep.
