About who needs care: Both parents need care. Mother has early stages of cancer and also recently fell so mobility is impaired. Father can get around fine but needs general help. About the care needs: If of Indian origin that would be best because the caregiver would understand various customs and traditions. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.

2 kids under 2. 18 months and 4 months of age. We will be needing care a few hour a day and it varies. He is 18-month-old like to play a lot, but also can be very chill when he sees an unfamiliar face. My 4-month-old baby girl eat and sleep but sometimes would want to be carried every now and then. I and my wife have fulltime jobs with different schedule and may not require care on some days. So our goal is to look for someone that is very flexible and available as we don't have a specific days in which we might need care. We would want our sitter to be comfortable watching our kids at our place. My mother lives at the house and can assist with care but can't do too much as she's on oxygen.
