Her school goes until 12 p.m. or 3 p.m. (there's flexibility in time depending on your schedule) and her work-from-home dad logs off at 4pm/4:30 p.m. Requirements: Onbooks/W-2, reliable transportation + safe driving record, CPR certified, non-smoker, up to date vaccines, & OK w/background check Minimum help needed: Pick-up from school at 3 p.m. and babysit her in our home until 4/4:30 p.m. some or all days of the week (we're flexible) Maximum help: School pick up at 12 p.m. consistently M-F until 4 p.m. Since she'd be napping 2 hours in that time, some housework would be expected (daily: unload/load dishwasher, tidy after play, wipe kitchen counters; weekly: kitchen & toddler laundry, & meal prep) Or something in between!

You do need your car for this. He normally needs to leave Encinitas at 1 p.m. to go to RB, then picked up from RB at 6 p.m. to bring back to Encinitas. And maybe in between that time you would come back to Encinitas to help with my sister in law. Or we work it out that you would do just one of the drives. My sister in law needs help around the house in Encinitas with light cleaning, grocery shopping, unpacking from her move, dog (small) walking, meal prep, hanging pictures or rearranging and organizing. And if there are any extra hours that need to be filled, we have two young kids that I can maybe use some help with babysitting here and there.
