About who needs care: Diabetes and Blood Pressure - both controlled with meds Breakfast at 9:00 a.m. and Lunch at 1:00 p.m. About the care needs: Mom (Frances) is 95 + years old and really functions good for her age. Walks with her walker, cleans her dentures and washes up. I usually give her a full shower 2 or 3 times a week. She doesn't like to get up before 9::00 a.m. so I wonder if hours could be 8:30 or 9:00 to 1:00 or 2:00? Personality should be caring but not overly talkative. Mom is friendly but has favorite shows on TV and doesn't want conversation during the shows. I usually do her daily vitals before 9:00 and then she eats her breakfast. Someone who could do the vitals (check blood glucose and blood pressure) would be helpful too. She doesn't need constant care so light cleanup from breakfast would be helpful. A little help with dressing, she has trouble with feet into pants, etc. but wants to be mostly independent. Any suggestions would be helpful too. How much would be charged for light care? Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
