We are an elderly couple that are getting too old to clean the apartment by ourselves. The apartment hasnt had a good cleaning in quite a while so it needs a good cleaning and then after that maintenance about once a month or possibly twice a month depending on how much it costs. Were living off of our Social Security checks and were living on a limited budget. Were thinking at first you might have to come in twice to get everything clean and then after that back to you either once a month or possibly twice a month. About who needs care: My sister is quadriplegic and needs support to shower, bathroom, get dressed and undress, and transferee in and out of bed. Shes got a strong character and enjoys playing on her phone, watching videos on her tv, making puzzles. She goes to a day program and comes home around 3:30pandneedssupportth having a snack, bathrooming, bathing, changing to Jammies, then has dinner, and then plays until bed time around 8p-9p. About the care needs: Non judge mental person, experienced with people with developmental delays. Someone who isnt phased by my sister talking to her pretend friends, ignoring you, mood swings around PMS time, shes silly and witty and you should be able to socialize with her in a non-condescending way. You would need to be skilled in transferring and person out of their wheelchair without hurting yourself, skilled in intimate hygiene, bathing, and bathrooming an adult with special needs. Would be helpful if you have a hobby or interest in arts and crafts, fun apps to play, puzzles, teaching my sister how to use her cell phone better and computer, knowing how to use voice to use phone so my sister could learn more.

Constant supervision, my child has autism. Very structured meals, playtime and naps are structured and consistent. Loves to be read to, plays with tablet.

Would like someone willing to do some housekeeping in the afternoon as the kids are pretty self-sufficient. May also need to drive kids to certain activities as needed. Hours would be 7:15 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. and 2:15 p.m. to 4 to 5 PM
