We have a 3-year-old who needs to be watched for 5 hours/day MTW. We have 2 kids in school who need to be picked up & brought home. My husband works East Coast hours, so once the kids are back from school, he is done working for the day & will be with them. We will not need help with watching the older kids. We value trust & honesty, and someone our child gets along with. We value someone who is willing to help teach her and play well with her. She loves playing dolls, being outside, swimming at our pool, or playing at the nearby park. She mostly just wants to have a buddy to play with. We are wanting someone who is great with kids and very trustworthy. Since we do need our kids picked up from school, we also need someone who has a clean driving history. We live in a townhome with many sparking spaces, as well as a one car garage.

About who needs care: My father died 4 years ago and he was the one who got her out and active. Physically she is pretty good & my Wife and I take her out every weekend and live within a mile. We can always help her,, but her elderly friends have passed away and she doesn't drive so she spends a lot of time alone. She is very forgetful but also very social.
