No Contracts! We want to gain you as a long term customer. But we don't want to FORCE you into it. We want to prove ourselves, so that we keep getting invited back.

Clean Green -Almost all of our cleaning solutions are made by us, using common home items such as vinegar, baking soda, essential oils, citrus, olive oil and more. If you'd prefer to use your favorite cleaning solutions, just have them on hand. We won't supply those!

Jillion of Choices

Is jillion really a word? According to Webster it is! You do have choices. We can come as often as you like. Or you can be on our "Wait Will Call" list.

We have two main services...."Complete" where we do a thorough cleaning, or a "Touch up" Service where we spend half as much time.

Also we offer an a la carte service! Don't mind dusting, but you cringe at doing the bathrooms and kitchen? We got you covered!

Lastly we have add-ons. These are things that always seem to end up on the "Maybe I'll get to it next week" list. (Fridge, Baseboards, Walls, Stove, Kitchen Cupboard organizing, things like that!)

We are a new eco-friendly cleaning service, currently soliciting business in the Ann Arbor area. In order to find new residential and commercial customers we are making extremely LOW bids to first-time customers.

Our Services:
Mean Green (One-Time or Intermittent Cleaning):
This customized service, designed to rejuvenate the home, is ideal for the well-maintained residence that only needs the occasional deep cleaning. Great gift idea for elderly loved-ones!

Army Green (Recurring Cleaning):
This regimented (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) service consists of vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, trash-removal, dusting, kitchen and bathrooms, as well as any other customer-specific requests.

Spring Green (Clutter Cleaning):
This organizational and deep cleaning service is perfect for the overwhelming projects (garages, basements, and multi-purpose rooms) that you have put off for too long. Give us your checklist/specifications or delegate the labor as you work side-by-side with us.

Office Green (Commercial Cleaning):
This recurring service includes trash-removal, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, common-area counter tops, kitchen and bathrooms. This service ranges from nightly cleaning to once a week. Any additional customer specifications (window cleaning, deep carpet cleaning, power-washing exterior or sidewalks) are also available for an additional cost.

Gold Standard performs detailed routine cleaning and periodic deep cleaning.

ROUTINE services include: Dyson HEPA filter vacuuming, spot cleaning carpeting, hard floor wet mopping, wall and door cleaning, surface cleaning and sanitizing, kitchen and restroom appliances and fixtures cleaning and sanitizing, dusting, trash removal and recycling.

PERIODIC services include carpet deep cleaning, stripping and sealing floors, ceramic tile and grout cleaning, baseboard cleaning, interior window cleaning, cabinet cleaning, and refrigerator and oven cleaning.

We earn your business every time we clean. We use Green Seal products that meet EPA and other third party certifiers' requirements. We believe hard work, honesty and integrity always pay off.

Our measure of success is your complete satisfaction.

Our rates range from a flat 4 cents to 7 cents per square foot, depending on the frequency of cleaning and the services required. We bring our own supplies and equipment, unless you choose otherwise.
