I am looking for a reliable cleaner to come in when tenants vacate and clean and prepare the rentals for the next tenant. I need someone who also can oversee small items like changing batteries and lightbulbs, reporting in damage, keeping tabs on the items in the unit, such as linens and towels, kitchen items, etc. Each cleaning requires: Bathroom Cleaning Vacuuming and/or mopping Kitchen Cleaning Dusting Laundry General Room Cleaning Changing bed linens Oven Cleaning Refrigerator Cleaning Cabinet Cleaning Organization (beyond standard tidying) Carpet Cleaning Move-out cleaning Window Washing, Washing linens/towels. Each property is fully furnished and turn key. Certain times of year are busier than others. Properties are rented seasonally and off seasonally. This is a long term per deim position.

4 bedroom, 2. 5 bath home. House cleaning biweekly. Have an older dog that will not bother you.

Wellington home needs a house cleaner. Ideal match will meet the requirements below. Bathroom Cleaning. Vacuuming and mopping. Kitchen Cleaning. Dusting. General Room Cleaning. Changing bed linens. Some laundry folding. Must have solid experience cleaning 4500-5000 sq ft homes. Good communication skills are a must. Ability to follow cleaning checklist and log items on cleaning rotation. Copy of drivers license must be on file. Pay: $15/hr A preferred schedule would be every other week as follows: Two consecutive 4-hour days where all bedrooms & bathrooms are done one day and the rest of the home is done the next day. OR entire second floor is done one day and first floor the following day.
