Searching for help with Laundry

Our home is a brand new build. It's all 1 level with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, living area and a pool area. We need help with general housekeeping bi-weekly. We will be in and out of the house for our first few months of purchase and would like someone to come in and clean it, as well as keeping that going once, we move full time in August. Writhing a gated community, have access to our driveway for parking. Our family includes a English Goldendoodle who does not shed. He's a happy, easy and fun boy - not at all aggressive.

Our home is 3 bedrooms 2 baths, but we only need 1 bedroom and 1 bath cleaned, plus kitchen. We need help with 1 bedroom, 1 bath, kitchen (these 2 x per week) and bed linens changed (once per week). We are looking for someone to check on our adult daughter who has health issues, do some light housekeeping, and provide support to our daughter if necessary (such as driving her to her local doctor if she is in too much pain to drive herself.) She has her own car and is very independent. Gated community (code to be provided). There is ample parking. I'm not sure about public transit, bit I don't think so. We have two older cats who are much loved and shy.
