Hello. We're looking for someone to come every 2 weeks to keep the house clean and organized.

Town house. 2/2. 5 baths. Tile floors downstairs wood not laminate upstairs. laundry upstairs.. sm closet like. Office den upstairs she cleans herself. One tub one walk in shower sliding glass doors both. Shutters allboth bed rooms. Kitchen cabinets molding up and loweand in living room. Top and outside of appliances. No dished or laundry or beds... just dust all vacuum clean all floors. Plus slider living room doors and tracks. Doors are heavy duty storm. Sq footage is 1400. Ready to start. Daughter works at home I'm retired and have 2 well behaved sm dogs. Daughter cleans her office. Please respond want to start soon preference one person or 2. Been without cleaner for a while as Daughter needs quiet if possible. Will need a heavy clean first time or two. Wanda

Vacuum carpets in liveing room, dining area and one bedroom, dust and wax furniture tops in bedroom, living room and dining area, thoroughly clean 2 bathrooms. wash very small kitchen floor and clean kitchen area, change and launder linens (one bed), empty all trash cans and take to dumpster. Added duties available, if desired by housekeepers, for more pay but not required. There are 2 bedrooms but only one is ever used.

I need help because of health reasons to get my home cleaned. We are flexible on dates and times.

We have 2 Maltese who are very friendly, but they bark a lot at first and at the vacuum. We would also like our bed sheets changed on one bed during each cleaning. Furthermore, we like morning cleanings starting at 9:00 a.m. for an hour or two. We have all terrazzo floors. We do a weekly damp mop with a neutral cleaner. I am looking for a routine biweekly cleaning. The home is 4 bed, 2 ba, 1700 sq ft. I would also like for the clean, laundry to be folded or put on hangers. There is usually only one load, occasionally two loads. It is only my husband and I, no kids, so the home stays very clean and not a lot of laundry.

Looking for a reliable housekeeper to help us clean our house on a biweekly basis. The house is 3200 sq. ft. Tile / hardwood floor.
