Townhome three stories. No basement or attic needs. 3. 5 bathroom, 3 bedroom I would love to find someone reliable for biweekly care on my least favorite chore. Including vacuum, mopping, carpet spot cleaning. Bathroom and kitchen cleaning. Dusting in room. 1 dog, friendly will be in his cage unbothered as you do duties. Rate adjustable depending on experience. I do have all cleaning supplies if preferred.

Durham home needs a part-time house keeper, especially involved in meal prep for children's lunches and possibly dinners. The ideal candidate has experience with children, willing to help with our children for the first hour of the shift as we the parents get ready to head to work / school for the kids. Once everyone leaves the house, we need help with lunch prep, tidying up the bedrooms, general vacuuming / sweeping, kitchen clean up, kids laundry, general room cleaning, changing bed linens, occasional refrigerator cleaning, and organization (beyond standard tidying), especially around children's toys. We are looking for a happy morning person who enjoys a bit of entertaining two children ( 2 girls, ages 1. 5 & 5), followed by household help.
