Coral Springs, FL House Cleaning Jobs

I'm having the AC ducts cleaned Thursday. There will be a lot of dust on EVERYTHING. I'll need all the furniture, glass, mirrors, and window blinds dusted/windexed. I'll need help hanging the curtains and making the bed. I need the carpets vacuumed and the tile floors swept and mopped. I only need help in one bedroom, one bath, living room/dining room and small kitchen. A condo on Coral Ridge The space that needs cleaning is less than 1, 000 square feet.

Are you willing to help with the basics? I have a small 2 bedroom, 1-1/2 bathroom less than 1000 sf apartment . Requirements are Dusting(polishing) furniture, bathroom tiles tub toilet etc. Vaccuuming washing floors, cabinet (kitchen)wipe down. Must be dependable .

Just a bathroom and the living room with the master bedroom and the bathroom area.

-Help declutter and put items away. Ask & learn where items go. Help keep counters, table, family room orderly. Dishes: Load & unload dishwasher.(put away dishes on drying rack). Hand wash larger items. Laundry (for family) fold & put away. Match socks. Vacuum & sweep house. Wipe down counters in kitchen and put items away. Run carpet cleaner in family room 1 X month. Use upholstery cleaner on family room couch & living room couch 1 X month. Clean bathrooms 1-2 times a month. Wipe down Tiki Bar. In the beginning I will be working with you so you learn the systems we have in place and so you can learn where items go. keeping the flow of laundry. MUST speak English and be willing to complete a background check.

The condo doesnt have a lot of furniture. It needs a deep clean the first time and then regular cleaning every other week. I dont think the condo is more than 1500sq ft.
