Boulder, CO House Cleaning Jobs

Hello! My family and I are in need of a housekeeper for our 3 bedroom boulder home. I'm a new mom and I'm struggling to keep our house in order while also taking care of my toddler. I need some help! I'm looking for someone who has experience taking care of a house and can work with me to keep things clean and organized. Kindness and attention to detail are valued and we will treat you with respect as a member of our household. Hours: 10 hrs a week Tuesday 12-4, Thursday 12-4 I'm flexible, so if these times don't work, please propose an alternate schedule! Duties: Keep the bathroom, living room, bedrooms, and kitchen clean. Laundry (linens only). Mopping every other week, vacuuming weekly. In addition to keeping the house clean, there may be sometimes when we would ask you to watch our daughter while I step out.

We have a specific list of things we are looking to have done for the house each week.

Approximately 2, 000 sq feet. 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. Open floor plan, living room, dining room & kitchen. General cleaning and home organization. Recurring deep cleaning including bathrooms, floors, refrigerator, etc. Requires little direction. Is willing and able to organize spaces and set a recurring cleaning schedule independently. Someone who can own the maintenance and cleanliness of our home. Two adults, two children, and one cat. He is a bit fluffy. The cat not the child.

We're looking for a house cleaner in Superior ~monthly, starting in mid/late April. Our house is ~4000 sq ft, but we do not need all of it cleaned every month. Here's what we would need cleaned monthly: - All main floor areas (kitchen plus other rooms - ~1500 sq ft) - 3 bedrooms - 1 full bath, 1 1/2 bath - Basement (vacuum/dust). ~1200 sq ft but is mostly just one large room - includes one of the regularly cleaned bedrooms No pets, one toddler. In total, ~3 bedrooms, 1. 5 baths, ~3000 sq ft, on a rotating basis. We may also add on a rotating basis: - 1 bedroom (we have 5 total, but don't regularly use 2 of them) - 1 seldom-used bath (1 full or 1 3/4, guests shower in them sporadically) We would probably do a deep clean first, then do monthly cleaning. 2500 square foot house. I am looking for regular tidying and cleaning. I am looking for cleaning, meal prep, laundry and grocery shopping done. Time required would be a few days a week. Detail oriented and able to take my custom requirements for laundry, etc. Parking available. No pets

I broke my leg in January and haven't deep cleaned since then. Would like to start with a deep clean. I have a small townhouse with 2 bed, 3 bath, and 4 flights of stairs that need to be vacuumed. I also have a dog who sheds and would like the sofa and arm chair to be vacuumed to remove fur. My schedule is flexible, but would love to have it cleaned before July 25, and on a monthly basis thereafter, but the day and time can change to accommodate your schedule
