Hi! We're looking for a nanny to start with our son, D, in early October! We live in Severna Park. I'm a teacher in Baltimore City and my husband works from home but travels a lot! We current have a nanny who's been with us since Nov '22 who we love but is moving! My MIL watches him on Thursdays so we're looking for someone for M/Tu/W/F. Hours have been 7:45-4:45 four days a week, equaling a total of 36 hours a week. D will be 16 months by Oct. We're looking for someone to care for him, engage him in activities, take him to local parks and libraries at times, etc. The role also includes caring for his needs such as cleaning up and of his dishes, occasionally doing his laundry, etc. We'll follow the school calendar and you'll have a handful of paid days off (Presidents' Day, MLK, MDW, etc).

We are a family of 5 looking for full time care for our three kids. We have 3-year-old B, 5-year-old N, and 7-year-old H. H and N are signed up for virtual school through the rest of the school year (Kindergarten and 2nd grade). Sometimes they need help with school but for the most part they are self-sufficient. B will need lots play, activities and stimulation.. he is active!! I'm looking for someone who can help them get ready for school in the mornings, engage and play with my son while the girls are with their teachers, make lunch, clean upkeep (minimal dishes/toy pick up, not a priority), and play with all three of them when school is over. We have two dogs and one cat. Our dogs are mostly outdoor in the warmer months. All of them are friendly and easy going. Our kids love Scootering, bike riding, playing outside on our playground and jumping on our trampoline. They love art, crafts, make believe, dress up and board games.
