I need help with Grocery shopping, food prep and cleanup for a friendly/healthy diet. My ideal assistant has own transportation and a non-smoker. We would like someone who can propose keto friendly foods, we will select, and then can get the groceries, prepare dinner and lunch for the next day, cleanup afterwards. Food prep can be in your home and you can drop off or in ours. Depending on rate, availability and interest, would also be interested in some help with general housecleaning and possibly running errands.
